Registration

The number of participants is restricted by the capacity of the venue. The plenary presentations will be invitation based. The total number of participation in person will be kept under 60.

Important Points:

• In person/offline participation is encouraged for all participants.
• Offline participants who are willing to give the presentation in the parallel sessions, will be considered in the first place. TA/DA will be provided only to the out of station participants.
• Payment options will be shared to the selected participants via the registered email id. The registration fee is non-refundable. After the payment please send the transaction details/screenshot at [email protected] and you will get a confirmation for your participation after that.
• The plenary speakers will be accommodated in a nearby hotel. M.Sc., Ph.D. and postdoc accommodations will be arranged at the SGT University guest house and hostels on a sharing basis.
• We will arrange daily pick-up/drop to the conference venue only from the hotels and nearby metro station (M.G. road) at a fixed time.
• Only the plenary talks will be broadcasted via the YouTube channel.
• In case of medical emergencies please go to SGT hospital inside the campus.
• All participants are requested to follow the rules and the norms of the institution.
