Registration

The number of participants is restricted by the capacity of the venue. The ple-nary presentations will be invitation-based. Registration link will be sent sepa-rately to the selected participants, invited guests and plenary speakers.

Intimation to short listed candidates: 27-10-2023
Last date for registration: 10-11-2023
Last date submit TA claim form: 31-12-2023

TRAVEL ALLOWANCE:

• Travel Allowance will be provided only to the selected students and postdocs. We request those students and postdocs who have funding opportunities to avail those so that we can accommodate more students.
• Students will only be provided AC 3 fare for the round trip (Minimum fare between the the stations following IRCTC website for the date of travel).
• Postdocs will only be provided AC 2 fare for the round trip (Minimum fare between the the stations as will following IRCTC website for the date of travel).

ACCOMMODATION (No Charges applicable):

• Hostel accommodation for Ph.D students and Postdocs (single/sharing basis) will be ar-ranged from 29th November to 1st December.
• Guest House/ Hotel arrangement will be arranged for plenary speakers and invited guests.

FOOD (No Charges applicable):

• Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner will be provided to all the participants during the 3 days of the conference.
• All participants are requested to follow the rules and the norms of SGT University.
